Video Settings Doesn't Switch Camera Angles | Unit Doesn't Recognize Solar Panel

Hi, I have Arlo Pro 3 w/ Floodlight and a base station. I am hating it already. The Customer Support has been frustrating. My first issue is that the camera angles do not change in Video Settings. No matter what it is set to, the camera remains fixed at the widest angle. Is there a way to fix this? My second issue is that the unit is not detecting the solar panel attached to it. I've seen this before and found that I have to exit the screen and go back in to see the change. Is the setting still proper and it's the view that didn't change or is the setting reverting?
