New hub firmware bugs

Dear Arlo,

Please work on the fixes for the following two version of the hub firmware, they broke my three Pro 3 Floodlight camera's motion trigger "lights on" and "local recording" which used to work before the automatic update on 12/13/22. Please fix ASAP, thanks!
