Setting up floodlight camera

I need assistance setting up flood light camera. I getting fast blinking blue light when charging

and very slow 1 blue flashing light approximately every 45 seconds.

The LED should turn solid blue when the battery becomes fully charged.

Note you can charge the camera using either the outdoor charger with the magnetic connector or the indoor charger with a microusb connector (and the camera removed from the housing). You cannot charge the camera using an indoor charger with the magnetic connector.
