    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never seen this issue before, see attached pic. I've turned off the cam and back on remotely.       <title>Old TV type lines on video</title>

&lt;P&gt;I don't think resetting the base will help, though I guess you could try restarting it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This looks like an issue with the sensor/image signal processor.&amp;nbsp; I think removing/replacing the battery would be the best next step, followed by a factory reset of the camera.&amp;nbsp; If not, and the camera is under warranty, you could contact support and get an RMA.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;FWIW, this isn't a failure mode I've seen posted here before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
