      <description>&lt;P&gt;After buying the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight camera, I never got the option for the free trial, and when trying to get a subscription, it was just not available for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried reaching out to support and I'm not "&lt;EM&gt;not entitled&amp;nbsp;to live agent&amp;nbsp;support"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the point of having this camera and not being able to use it??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the account was created in Costa Rica, that means it has been assigned a Costa Rica country code. A new account must be created within the US if you intend to use the camera with a subscription within the US.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you would like to use the same email address, consider changing the email on your existing account and then set&amp;nbsp;up a new Arlo account&amp;nbsp;and move your camera to that&amp;nbsp;new account.&lt;/P&gt;
