Floodlight 3 - solar panel not charging?

Has anyone found a fix for the solar panel not charging?

I've only had the device 2 weeks and it was fine, then all of a sudden the solar is no longer working.

I bought the floodlight 3 package with the solar included.

I've reset the device, started fresh with full charge, tried everything possible, the charge wire doesn't remove from the solar base it's built in so nothing I can try that side.

Help please

I have contacted support 6 times and they're the most ignorant company I've ever come across, not a single reply.

So frustrating, if I had know the company was like this I would of spent my money elsewhere.

Have you wiped both parts of the magnetic connectors to ensure they're clean?
