My solar panel is not charging my pro 3 flood light and I am getting a message that I am not connected to the internet but I am connected. I am not sure what's the problem?

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Also try the web client.

For the solar panel, are you getting an error message? What is the outdoor temperature? Do you see the battery icon as red or green with a lightning bolt through it?

I figured out the problem my solar panel wasn't pointing directly to the sun .Now I pointed to the east and its charging now and no more problem.
