Library doesn't show locally saved movies

The Library doesn't show locally saved movies on USB of base station. I know that after 90 days you have to take a subscribtion or store the movie locally yourself. Ik choose to store local, but now the library does not show anymore my recordings of the floodlight.

FWIW, the ALS1101 | Arlo Security Light is not the Pro 3 floodlight (FB1001).

What base station are you using?

The VMB4500 requires safely ejecting the drive and viewing the videos on a computer. Only the VMB4540 and 5000 hubs can be used via the app for direct viewing with the app.

It never was possible with the VMB4500.

Do you actually have the VMB4540????

No I have the VMB4500. I mean with again like the trail period of 3 months in the cloud.

You weren't seeing locally saved recordings during the trial period, just the cloud recordings.

The only way to get cloud recordings back is to get a subscription. Arlo of course could change that, but I don't think that is likely.
