The Floodlight is effectively a souped up Pro 3, but that is a good question. They should add it to the list of supported devices:

Yes, I have it on mine. You just add it on a CVR plan like you do any other camera.

The only issue I've noticed, (which is true for any camera on a CVR plan), is it stops recording during the time period while you are viewing the CVR feed. Definitely not a deal breaker, but I hope they fix that. I have CVR on 2 cameras and it's been very helpful capturing some late night scumbags in my neighborhood.
