only records for 1-6 seconds regardless of what setting i have , grrrr

Hi there

i've set up my floodlight camera and the longest recording i can achieve is seconds.

Things i've tried are:

read through many forum threads about the subject

I've changed the mounting position,

done motion detection test several times,

done camera positioning checks- (is strong)

changed the record length settings many times, in "mode"

changed the floodlight timing.

restarted device, lots.

Even deleted device and then re-added it

I've even walked around in circles for 20 seconds in front of it and it only recorded 2 seconds.

STILL no luck.

NOT HAPPY

any one else had any luck??

a couple things...

Make sure you are setting the record time in the MODE, not using the test feature.

Try and use a FIXED time over "record till motion stops" in the mode settings
