    <description>That’s right - I used the reset function in the app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help. I figured it would take me getting home before I could address it but just wanted to check.</description>

      <title>Movement but no recording</title>

      <description>I got these from Costco in July and they have worked wonderfully. I am 1 day into a trip and two of the cameras stopped detecting movement and recording. I reset them both through the app. Now they both detect movement but won’t record. There are no filters. Everything is armed. Any suggestions on what I can do from afar? Thanks!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a current subscription? Your 3 month trial may have run out recently since you bought them in July. Getting notifications but no cloud recordings is a sign of that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am actually still in my trial - I didn’t start it until August 10. I have a few days left. But my understanding was that these would still record after the trial ends - they would just be auto-deleted after 7 days.</description>

The Pro2 and older still have the 7 day. You should still be getting the recordings but not a lot you can do until you get home like try rebooting the Hub and cameras. You can try making sure something didn't change the recording selection in the Rule for the cam away from home. When you said in your original post you reset them did you turn them off and back on in the app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
