Arlo camera amd cell do not sinc.

I reinstalled one of my cameras and now it will not sincrinize with my phone. When there was am update to the hub that camera went off line and would not come back on so I reset it and now it will not connect to my cell.

Did you move that camera further away from the hub? Is it still within range?

You could restart the hub, do a battery pull on the camera or delete the camera from the system and re-install.

It has always been in the same spot. I removed it from the hub system and re-installed it and it shows connected to the hub but when I try to click in the app. To see the feed it never connects.

Can you try and see if the problem still exists when you use the web interface instead of the app?
