    <description>I've been invited by my girlfriend to view the cameras on our house, but when I accept the invitation and log into Arlo it says that all the cameras are offline. However, on her phone it says that the cameras are all active and the base station is online. We've tried resending the link, restarting Arlo, unplugging and plugging the ethernet and power cord back in and nothing has worked. Has anyone else experienced this? And does anyone have any solutions? We have the VMB4540r2, Thanks!</description>

&lt;P&gt;Remove your account from the Grant Access settings and re-invite. Accept the invitation and test again, do you still see the same behavior?&lt;/P&gt;
