      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set up Arlo Pro 3 by using my laptop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also set up 2 step authentication on my laptop with SMS and email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I log in on the Arlo app on my iPhone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It raised an error that:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. "Oops, An error has occurred. Try again"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also try to choose another authentication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, there is no choice of Trusted This Device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I tried to log in by using code sent by SMS and email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is also the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me with this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
