Pro 3 camera on pro 2 base only records 10 second

I have an arlo pro 3 camera on my arlo pro 2 base that will only record for 10 seconds max even if I set fixed time to 120 seconds. Can I fix this or is the arlo pro 3 just not compatible with the pro 2 base station?

Pretty sure the Pro 3 and Ultra need the new base stations.

Have been looking at upgrading from Arlo Pro 1, but the Pro3 and Ultra systems only with 2 cameras are so expensive. Its a shame they don't work with the older base stations.

Travishomuth, what client are you using to change this setting? Is it being saved once you make the change?

Think I found the problem. Operator error. Fixed time recording was actually set to 10 seconds when I thought I had set it to 120 seconds.
