Does changing location require cancelling a subscription?

If the Arlo system moves, won't the subscription follow the hub and cameras?

If you can access the old account, can you try adding the Arlo hardware back again?

Or maybe I don't understand what you did.

Ramasalon,

As michaelkenward mentions, changing locations does not require a new account to be created. Subscriptions cannot be transferred from one account to another. If you removed your devices from the original account, you can add them back to that account to keep your existing subscription, or start a new subscription on the new account.
