    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I set up my 2 cameras on 20th Feb, they came with a free&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt; "&amp;nbsp;3 month trial of&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Arlo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Smart" &lt;/EM&gt;I was asked for card details during set-up but didn't expect to be charged until the trial ended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I have now realised that I've actually been being charged&amp;nbsp; £7.99 a month since February for&lt;EM&gt; "&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Arlo&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Smart Premier Multi Camera Monthly&amp;nbsp;"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I raised a support call I was told that I "&lt;EM&gt;might have activated a paid plan by accident "&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;and that &lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;"It is possible for multiple plans to be active on your arlo account at once"&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm completely confused by this - but it seems I have been paying for the 'free' trial.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":anguished_face:"&gt;😧&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm asking for a full refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had similar experiences?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately if you sign up for the Plan it overrides the Trial. I waited until a couple of days from expiration before signing up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree that it is confusing, I did the same thing as have many others. I thought then and still think it is a ripoff of the customer. All you can do is ask for a refund but I will advise you to not hold your breath while you wait for it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
