&lt;P&gt;What kind of base station/SmartHub do you have the cameras connected to? By default, local storage is not enabled. Did you set this up with these instructions:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/000062337/What-is-Direct-Storage-Access-and-how-do-I-use-it" target="_blank"&gt;What is Direct Storage Access and how do I use it?&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
