Subscription “unable to authorize electronic payment “

My free trial ends and I’ve been trying to get a subscription for my 4 cameras Arlo 3 but everytime I try it saids “unable to authorize electronic payment “, I checked card and I tried to change my card info (another card) and I couldn’t either. I’ve been without cameras like a month.

Are you able to provide a screenshot of this error?

Do you see the same behavior when using a PC and Android (providing you have been able to test on both)?
