Is the base added correctly? What base do you have?

Hi,
I have the VMB4540 base.
All new oit of the box

Right. But were you able to add the base to your account? You do that before adding the cameras.

Yes added base to my account and followed the steps but no luck

I generally add my cameras using the web client in a PC. In the case of the Pro-3, I've often needed to open the camera and press the sync button.

I've tried everything possible... Even resorted to calling tech support... They think the base station is faulty... 😔
Now i have to wait until they send me a new one... 10-15 working days....
