      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, when the batteries are in the camera they actually get an 80% charge only to prevent damage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've has powered Pro cams over 3 yrs and the batteries are still fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
