I just upgraded from the pro 2, why am I being told I have to pay 150.00 dollars for 2 years of firmware. Ehy is this not part of the purchase, i loved the pro 2 cameras why am I asked to spend even more money when I upgraded. This makes me want to get rid of this system.

Sounds like you google arlo support and got a scam number. I have seen this here before. Use the Support number in the contact support links at the bottom of this page.
