&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;How far away will it detect motion and activate recording?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;I have two buildings on my property, one has very thick stone walls, can I have one camera on each building or does the Smart Hub living in just one building stop this being an option - is there a solution if so?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1) Arlo uses PIR sensors so ~25 feet for people is the max.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) You would need to test to see if using one hub is adequate. I would position the hub as close as possible to all cameras, using a WiFi or powerline extender to plug the hub into if needed. An alternative would be to use 2 hubs so all cameras have a good connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) Yes, the older cameras are compatible with the new hubs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
