&lt;P&gt;Operator error...I was plugging it into the modem, not the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_steam_from_nose:"&gt;😤&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My tech guy passed away last year and I'm figuring this stuff out on my own.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Pro 3 SmartHub Not Connecting to Router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Arlo Pro 3 Wire-Free camera system with SmartHub.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Router # VMB4540&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;System model # VMS4240B&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm on a Mac.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SmartHub is not connecting to router. After first connected, I get a solid blue light for a second, then it goes to blinking amber.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, after putting batteries in cameras, there's a blue light, then it goes away. Does that mean the battery needs charging or it's not connected to the SmartHub?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Documentation is lacking &amp;amp; confusing!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the hub, hold the reset button for &amp;gt;10 seconds until the LED flashes amber. Let it reboot and see if the LED eventually turns blue (~2 minutes).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The camera LED will flash blue when first inserting the battery to indicate that power has been applied. A low battery will cause a slow amber blink but I'd start with charging the battery first anyways. The default setting is for the blue LED to come on solidly when fully charged in ~3 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
