Does Arlo even have a support team!?!?! Worst service ever and no solution to my ongoing problem. Spent $400 on junk that doesn't work.

After 6 phone calls and 4 hours on hold I’m getting sent one item at a time to troubleshoot. It doesn’t make sense that you can’t just provide a full replacement. This just drags on the process even more and meanwhile I have no security.

Everything worked when I got my 2 cameras and hub for 1 day and now the hub can not sync or find my cameras.

Have you tried to move the camera closer to the base? are your cameras low on battery?
