Cable charger does not always charge

Everytime I charge my cameras, it takes me about 10-15 min to get the charger to get a good connection to start charging. I keep putting in and out until I finally get a charging connection. I kept sweeping and cleaning the connectors in the process but is it very finicky. Any suggestions?

If this happens to all cameras, I would first change the cable - could be a damaged wire or connector pin someplace.

I have the same issue. I have to keep plugging and unplugging the charge to the camera until it actually charges. They should have designed the contacts better in my opinion.
