I have a formatted successfully Scandisk USB3.0 thumb drive in the VMB4000 Hub, all shows good, it records video fine on my Pro cameras, and my Pro3 when not in 2K mode. But when I change the Pro3 camera to 2K video, it records, I safely eject the thumb drive, put in the computer, the MP4 Video file is ONLY sound, no video??? I have reformatted a couple times, I have tried two different thumb drives, no different. Any idea?

My main thing I would be looking into is if your PC has the right codec to play 2k, these are easy to find normally and most are free
