      <description>&lt;P&gt;It almost sounds like you're using a VPN and/or you're not at home. Exactly when and how do you get this error?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only when I'm away from the home - i.e. not using home wifi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For example, at work, on both 4G and work wifi I get the message and can't access the library BUT I can access live streaming from the cameras and I get motion alerts. I just can't access the stored images.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you followed the directions to set up port forwarding or VPN connection? That's the only way to remotely view the local recordings - you have to be able to access your internal home network by one of these methods.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
