pro 3 base station smarthub 5g

Hi,

1. Just wondering if arlo has any plan to upgrade base station/smarthub embedding 5g, or at least to make it antenna-able. The 2.4g caused congested transmission with my 4 cameras (pro 3), on and off all the times, almost rendering it useless when you need a prompt response. I'v got 5g at home and it works super fast with all other digi connections, except the arlos.

2. If it is not planned for a better smarthub, will it be offering more faster and stabler connection if I add extra smarthub and register only 2 cameras with each.

Elevating and increasing the distance between your Base Station/SmartHub and your router can often times greatly improve connectivity. If you're experiencing issues due to interference, you should consider relocating your Base Station/SmartHub as far away from other WiFi sources as possible (routers, SmartTVs, baby monitors, etc.).
