      <title>Cannot detect Pro 3 base on husband profile</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Created a separate profile for husband to use system.&amp;nbsp; When we do the initial setup the detecting hub mode stays on the screen and never hooks up.&amp;nbsp; Have unplugged power and ethernet cables &amp;amp; factory reset.&amp;nbsp; Had trouble with this when I did my initial setup for my profile but it finally worked.&amp;nbsp; Please Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have this same issue, however my husband did grant me access but it says it can’t find any Arlo products when trying to connect me. I have tried unplugging and waiting but this does not seem to help.</description>
