      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Port forwarding needed to do direct access without VPN, it works when I assign port on my router but when the Arlo app closes and restart it stop working. Re assign a new port and it will work until I close the app on my phone. I am running the latest version of app and firmware for everything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue with Arlo Ultra hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please fix it as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FYI, when I bought it I believed the cloud keeps 7 days after 1 year.&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure where I read it and believed like this. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe previous models when subscription run out it will move to 7 days cloud service. Not with the pro 3 and I would pay the subs if it is a bit cheaper, 3 cameras subscription all adds up to a hefty bill year on year&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The newer cams Pro3 and up need a subscription for cloud storage. But you get a 3 month trial.&amp;nbsp; You can still use local with out&amp;nbsp; one. The free 7 day were for Pro2 and older. I don't use port forwarding so cant comment on that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
