Can't view Pro 3 cameras to web portal but can see Pro

I have upgraded my smart hub and bought a pro 3 camera to add to my other pro’s, I’ve started the smart package but I cannot see any cameras using the web portal. My pro cameras record to the library but the pro 3 doesn’t and I can’t see anything which is annoying as I bought this one for my drive which is currently full of building materials I want to keep an eye on!

Are you signed in to the primary account or are you using a shared account through grant access?

Do you have the same issue using the mobile app or is this only occurring on the web client?
