    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have been trying for over 3 weeks to sign up for a Smart Plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Arlo won't accept a Canadian Postal code.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have been on the phone 4 times with support&amp;nbsp; (the last time 2 hours and 20 minutes.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No solution.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was told that it has been escalated to the next level and a rep would contact me. That was a week ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have been trying for over 3 weeks to sign up for a Smart Plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Arlo won't accept a Canadian Postal code.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried putting it all together with no spaces? I entered mine in and everything worked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure you are using browser and not an app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried with the hyphen and without. It didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's what the support team suggested after 2 hours on hold.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also tried capitals and small case letters. Neither worked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
