topic Unable to grant access in Arlo Pro 3

I am having trouble trying to get other users access to the cameras. I did the following step: open Arlo app- settings- Grants access-entered names and email. Once they receive the email, they click on the link and it took them to the web page of Arlo. They then enter the email and password from person that sent the invite but it keeps saying under password “Password cannot be blank”. They enter the right information and they keep getting that error. Any help is very much appreciated!

At the point of logging in, they shouldn't be using your credentials. They should create their own account using their email address and a good password. Then they can log in using their credentials and see the cameras.
