I did the following step: open Arlo app- settings- Grants access-entered names and email. Once they receive the email, they click on the link and it took them to the web page of Arlo. They then enter the email and password from person that sent the invite but it keeps saying under password “Password cannot be blank”. They enter the right information and they keep getting that error. Any help is very much appreciated! They should create their own account using their email address and a good password.
