Just tried this (although I do have a subscription but I doubt local recordings in Feed would make a difference). It operates the same way that cloud recordings do - it loads up to midnight of the previous day so you have to scroll up to see any of today's videos. Personally, not a fan of this but it's not a huge deal for me (FWIW).

This is on Android, BTW.

I have an Arlo VMB4540 base station with Arlo Pro3 cameras set up.

I do not have a subscription and only record locally to a usb drive.

When I open the app on my android phone, click Feed, click local, I drag the screen down to refresh to load new videos captured since last time I opened the app. It used to load new videos no problem. Now no new recordings load.

I then click devices, base station, then storage settings, record locally is enabled and below that under Today the videos for today loads. I then close that and go back to Feeds, Local and the same videos are now loaded.

It will only do this for “Today, so if I didn’t load videos before going to bed then anything recorded will not show.

I have removed the app from phone and reinstalled. I have removed power and all wires to the base and waited a few minutes then reattached. I have rebooted my modem and internet.

After all that the videos still do not load when I click Feeds, Local and drag down to refresh.

Does anyone have any ide what the issue may be?

It never did this before and only started a few weeks ago.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Doug
