I need a small replacement part for my Pro 3 Floodlight Camera.

I see the wall plate in the descriptions, but I'm unable to ID this part so I can purchase the part.

It's a small part, but it's essential for this expensive camera.

There isn't any help on the site besides a useless chat box that is circular.

I know if I could get an email or a phone number I could solve my problem.

Please help me.
