      <description>&lt;P&gt;They are solar powered. I can disconnect the power cables (it's still dark out so will wait till daylight), but for how long?&amp;nbsp; A second? A minute?&amp;nbsp; If that solution works, do I have to constantly reconnect/disconnect the power?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could try a hardware reset of one of the cameras, and see if that resolves it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;remove the camera from your account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;open the camera and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 seconds)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;add the camera back to your account&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I haven't seen these problems reported by other Pro 3 owners.&amp;nbsp; Several Pro and Pro 2 owners have reported similar symptoms, but those are EoL cameras and the Pro 3 is not.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Still, I suggest trying the hardware reset on one camera and see if that helps.&amp;nbsp; You could also get a single-camera subscription for a month and then try Arlo support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
