    <description>&lt;P&gt;Define "reset". Too many folks think a power cycle is a reset but it's not. A reset involves holding the reset button for a period of time (&amp;gt;10-15 seconds). If you actually performed a reset, you also have to delete the device from your account before it can be added back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If all else fails, you can use the app (not the web client) to go to Settings, Support to see what official support may offer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reset the base and the camera and it will not connect, Also trying to look at My Arlo on desktop keeps saying Request timed out. pro 3 was connected for 2 years no problem till now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks but I think I am done with Arlo, bought a pro5s hooked it up last night worked fine, just now it will not connect just keeps spinning....back in the box and sending it back and Arlo support STINKS&lt;/P&gt;</description>
