Unable to connect the Essential Camera 2nd generation

hello

having trouble adding Arlo essential outdoor camera 2nd generation to 2.4 ghz wifi

not hearing chim when scanning the QR code.

i removed the cover on the lens

i increased the brightness of the tablet

i reset the camera

but still unable to connect

is there another method to add the camera to wifi
