&lt;P&gt;I am not clear on whether you were seeing &lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;local&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;/U&gt;recordings during the trial (or whether you only saw &lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;cloud&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt; recordings).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Arlo won’t record to locally anymore</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Right after the Arlo demo ended my system won’t record anymore to mine local USB Drive (Locally)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven’t done it changed anything&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the system for years and I know how to use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing was changed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo alerts me of sound and motion but not recordings show in “feed”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can’t talk to anyone because apparently they only talk to people with subscriptions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank yoy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have reset it the whole system many times along with the usb drive (formatted)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There are two ways to see local recordings, and it is useful to check both.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One is to go the the feed page, and look for the local tab.&amp;nbsp; If you see it, then press it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The other is to go to the devices page, and select the smarthub.&amp;nbsp; Then go to storage settings, and look for recordings there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Feed tab says “No events” for all 4 cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In each individual camera after the small icon goes Yellow (indicates that is supposed to be recording audio or video due to motion)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says “There are not events for this day”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again this happened after the Arlo free trial of a plan that they offered expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I see now everywhere is the suggestion &amp;nbsp;to get a plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
