firstly, arlos customer support SUCKS and is NONRESPONSIVE!

I have 2 NEW flood lights (Pro 3 Floodlight Camera, White) that DO NOT stay illuminated for longer than 30 seconds DESPITE the fact that they are set to stay illuminated for 10 minutes. Paid close to $350 for both.

I recently purchased many arlo devices to replace an existing system (invested $850 in new arlo devices), NOW I AM REGRETTING that decision.

I want replacements for the flood lights.

I NEED HELP!

The setting only applies to when you manually turn on the floodlight.

If the camera is simply armed, the floodlight turns on when the camera is recording, otherwise it remins off. You can set the recording duration.
