&lt;P&gt;One thing that often works is the hardware reset.&amp;nbsp; You&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;remove the camera from your account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;take the camera out of the housing&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;press the sync button inside until it flashes amber.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then try to reinstall it.&amp;nbsp; (Make sure the camera is charged before you do this).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
