Camera says Offline

Good afternoon..

I have Arlo cameras in side my house. I have one camera that they was working fine but now it says it’s offline but the rest of the cameras are working fine.. I’ve taken battery out and replaced, I can’t figure what I need to do..

Separate issue … how do I had another camera ? It’s been so long ago I forgot what I did..

Can you confirm that this is a Pro 3 camera?
