Modes, Automations and Schedules advice [Pro 3 Cams]

I’m really struggling getting my head around the new Modes, Automations and Schedules since updating.

I have two cameras, ‘Front Door’ and ‘Office Cam’.

I want the ‘Front Door’ to record movement 24 hours a day, while ‘Office Cam’ should record only from 9:30pm to 8:30am.

Are these the correct settings for my Modes and Automations?

These look correct to me. Are you having a problem using them?

Thanks, I think it’s sorted now.

Routines > Automations > Edit Schedule

At the top of this screen, the area where the name of the schedule appears and underneath you select the ‘Enabled’ modes is what was causing the confusion.

Because further down on the screen you set the time and which mode to be activated.

Do the selected ‘Enabled’ modes determine the current mode from which the routine can be activated?

Yes. You can also see this from the mode screens.
