      <title>Amazon firetablet hd 10 (11 generation)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an amazon firetable 10hd (11 generation) I can no longer open the arlo app.&amp;nbsp; I get a message that I need to upgrade app.&amp;nbsp; I'm unable to upgrade the app.&amp;nbsp; I tried uninstalling the app &amp;amp; reinstalling it.&amp;nbsp; It does not upgrade.&amp;nbsp; I checked with Amazon, they said they do not have the newest arlo app version and suggested that the arlo app developer dept should be the one to get the information sent to Amazon with the new version.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I don't have the subscription with arlo so I can't contact them.&amp;nbsp; I'd like to know if others with amazon firetablet is able to open the arlo app and if so how did they upgrade it to the newest version.&amp;nbsp; thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, when I open the Arlo app it says I have to update it, but when I try to do that I cannot because it shows it is already updated. I can’t use the app because it says it must be updated. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have installed the app from the Amazon app store on my tablet. I have also installed it by having it sent from the Amazon store. I have two different Fire tablets, this is happening on both. One is a&amp;nbsp;Fire HD 10 (13th Generation), and the other is a Fire HD 10 (7th Generation). Please assist in solving this issue. Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem w/ my Fire7 OS 7.3.3.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to go to Amazon apps and asks "Continue to Amazon Appstore?"&amp;nbsp; I click continue.&amp;nbsp; It brings me to Arlo app and only thing I can do is "Open".&amp;nbsp; It then says "Your Arlo Secure app requires an update to continue". "Update Now". And it loops back to "Continue to Amazon Appstore?".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't update from googleplay as my kindle is not recognized by them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get in from my computer.&amp;nbsp; Just not tablet which is what I use 99% of the time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
