Firmware update error 4208

Only one of my cameras says need to update the firmware but always fails with error 4208, I already reset everything, restart base and camera, put closer, put far.

the base firmware is 1.25.1.0-1687-1f1c874 hardware VMB4540r2, the camera hardware is H9 and firmware update shows 1.080.14.2-6-b1306bd.

any suggestion how to fix it?

Uninstall the app and then reinstall the app, then do a reset on the camera and re-onboard it and see if that resolved it.

Hi, not yet. After 5 minutes trying to update, I have an error 4208 or 4209.

I.m still waiting a solution for only one camera.

Do you have another device you can try to update this device on by any chance?
