Why is Battery showing fully charged but in the colour AMBER ?

Does the amber LED flash or is it solid? Are you sure the battery is charged? How?

Solid amber, tried several chargers and all say 100% charged

WHat happens if the battery is reinserted?

Removed battery then waited a while then re connected still the same amber charging battery light on solid.

Not normal so I'd try a a reset:

Another fault has occurred.

camera will not work unless the outdoor magnet charging cable is removed ?
