Unable to view recordings from Pro3 camera on VRM4000

I've had Arlo pro cameras for a while with baset station VRM4000 and been able to view recordins without any issues.

I added Pro3 cameras to my setup. I can see the camera and view it live without any issues however there are no recordings under feed in the app.

I can see the recordings from all cameras except my pro3 camera.

Any help would be appreciated

The Pro 3 cameras need a subscription to get cloud storage/recordings.

Arlo stopped offering free 7-day cloud storage on new camera models back in 2018. All currently sold cameras need a subscription to get any cloud storage.
