How long of a cable are you looking for? Is this for indoor or outdoor use?

If this is for an indoor camera, you can try getting a USB extender cable. One risk is that there might be too much power loss in the cabling, which would result in the camera not charging.

But I think getting a longer cable would be the best path (even if that requires you to get a third-party accessory).

To add an alternative to the mix, have an electrician install a mains socket closer to the camera for the power adapter to reach the camera.
