Arlo pro 3 flood light

I’ve had an Arlo Pro 3 outdoor wireless pro camera for a year now. When I voice command to my TV via Google Home, I say ok Google show backyard camera on bedroom TV. It used to show the camera in the backyard, now it just shows camera feed not available and a gray screen. I have tried everything including buying another camera and still the same problem. I wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem or can help me with mine. The camera works on my iPad showing my backyard but when I try and link it through my tv through Google Home it will come up anymore. Please help me lol! … Graham

Thanks for letting me know, May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed with the cam and Google home.
